  The expertise and stability of an AM Best A+ Rated admitted carrier
  Defense costs are in addition to the limit of protection
  Punitive, multiple and exemplary damages are covered when insurable
  Defense coverage for claims seeking monetary and/or non-monetary relief
  Automatic Third Party Liability (i.e. claims from vendors, independent contractors or customers)

In addition to comprehensive coverage and group negotiated competitive pricing, members will also have access to the Philadelphia Insurance Loss Control website which contains resources for Employment Practices (including a 2 hour sexual harassment training for managers) and 2 hours free legal counsel per incident to discuss HR issues with an attorney through a confidential toll free hotline.

The Boulder Chamber Employment Practices Liability Program is designed to address these exposures faced by Chamber members.  The rates shown are for those companies with the following characteristics: 

   15 employees or Less
  No Previous Employmnet Related Claims for 5 years
  Not domiciled in California or Texas
  Business is not a law firm, physician/medical practice, collection agency, or non-profit
